Thai dining experience inside Phulay Bay a Ritz Carlton Reserve Hotel. Good quality of food, attentive service with Thai classic but still relaxing ambience. There are Thai & southern food available here. Booking is required to get the seats for your preferable time. I think that place is convenient for in-house guests.

Cute Thai restaurant located inside the Ritz at Phulay Bay. Very friendly staff with efficient service, and a solid selection of Thai food items with all ingredients sourced locally. However, beware of mosquitos during the twilight hours, so bring plenty of repellent or secure an indoor table.

Located inside Phulay bay reserve. Authentic Thai food with great taste and great chef who caters accordingly to your taste. We enjoyed our dinners over here for 4 nights that we stayed at Phulay bay. Staff are very polite and attentive. We also had a Thai tea making session in the restaurant!

Amazing Dinner at Sri Trang – Phulay Bay, Ritz-Carlton Reserve My dinner at Sri Trang, located at the stunning Phulay Bay, Ritz-Carlton Reserve, was truly unforgettable. A big shoutout to R and her colleague, who were absolutely fantastic! Their warm and attentive service made the evening even more special. The restaurant offers breathtaking views that set the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing evening. The food was incredible—authentic southern Thai cuisine made with super fresh, locally sourced ingredients. I really appreciated the sustainable approach behind it all. The dishes are served family-style, which added a nice, traditional touch to the experience. And I can’t forget to mention the mango sticky rice—it was absolutely delicious, one of the best I’ve ever had! Every bite was perfectly balanced and a great way to end the meal. If you’re looking for an authentic Thai dining experience in an elegant setting with top-notch service, Sri Trang is a must. I can’t wait to go back!

We ordered a yellow curry with crab meat, Pad Thai and White Prawn. We also ordered a side of sea bass with salad and mango sticky rice with coconut cream. The service was excellent. Other than the being a bit dark it was a good experience.

Classical Thai food in Phulay Bay Ritz Carlton Reserve. Loved the grilled chicken, chilli sea bass, stir fried spinach with egg, and Thai fried rice. The southern Thai curry chicken was the best dish even though it was extremely spicy. The yellow curry crab was ok but the dry curry crab was not up to my standard. It was very watery compared to the versions I ate in BKK (they were creamy). Why was it named “dry” when it was watery? As for the dessert, my wife loved the water chestnut but I don’t really like the bua loy, rice dumplings in coconut milk.The dumplings were too chewy, I prefer them soft. Please note that we didn’t try all these dishes in one go but over several days in our stay in this hotel.

Great Thai restaurant surrounded by nature and a great beach view. Did both the usual dinner and the private beach option. Private beach option was very nice but definitely very large portions, we could not finish the last few dishes but they were still delicious. Their pad thai is exceptional and the fern with eggs was my favorite.
